Acceptance into Camp Benedict is at the sole discretion of the Camp benedict Board upon a COMPLETED application.
All information is confidential and used only by the Camps administrative/medical staff in accordance with the
HIPPA Act of 1996. 

4 Easy Steps to Becoming a CONFIRMED camper: 

1. Fill out application completely 
2. Submit Completed application by PRIORITY DEADLINE: March 15, 2010 
3. Pre confirmation/you will be notified via phone/mail and then sent a confirmation packet 
4. Get TB test and Physicians release forms to be completed and signed by a licensed physician, nurse practioner or primary care doctor and returned by June 1, 2010
