What is Camp Benedict?
Mission Statement:
"Camp Benedict is an educational/recreational family camp. We strive to improve the quality of life for households who are infected or affected by HIV/AIDS . We are equals in our abilities and value and we do it with Honesty, Respect, Acceptance, Empowerment and Unconditional Love "
Important Announcements:
Go and dine at Ernie's Bar and Grill and write "Camp Benedict" on the receipt and Ernie's Bar and Grill will donate 10% of your bill to Camp Benedict! It's that easy!
The only item(s) that would be excluded would be reduced-price items such as those offered during Happy Hour--otherwise, it's wide open including sandwiches, salads, steaks, seafood, beer, wine, margaritas, etc!

Camp Benedict is currently full for Summer 2012, however, we are still taking online applications for the wait list until June 1st 2012.
2012 Camp Session Monday August 20th - Friday August 24th.
2012 CBC 2-Day Fundraiser Bike Ride will be Saturday August 4th - Sunday August 5th.
Applications for Camp 2012 will open here on our website in November 1st 2012. The exact dates to be announced October 2012.

"It happens only once a year, a place so sacred that some might fear...I arrived in silence....hiding my face...I asked myself what is this place?
They say the others are just like me...I wonder how...that just can't be. For I'm alone....or so I thought....Can I empower what the others caught?
I soon find out the strength in numbers...
Who are these people some might fear....
They're my brothers and my sisters lending me their ear.....
A Warrior me?
I know it's true...
